Privacy Policy for CubeWard: Rolling Block Puzzle

Guangdong Kyger Technology Co., Ltd. ("Kyger," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Android version of the game CubeWard: Rolling Block Puzzle (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Game, why we use it, how it may be stored and transferred, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android version of the Game distributed through Google Play. If you play the iOS version, please refer to the privacy policy published for that version.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Game and provide its features.

A. Identifiers

We may collect:

• an internal player identifier;
• a randomly generated, app-specific player identifier used to maintain gameplay progress and identify the local game record;
• a Google Play Games Services player identifier when you sign in with Play Games Services;
• an account token or similar identifier used to associate a verified in-app purchase with a player record; and
• a device advertising identifier, which may be collected by our advertising provider when advertising is displayed (see Section 5).

These identifiers do not directly reveal your name, email address, Google Account credentials, or payment-card details to us.

B. Gameplay Content

We may collect and store gameplay information such as:

• level progress and completed levels;
• stars, scores, and other level results;
• selected or unlocked skins and game items; and
• other save-game information needed to restore or synchronize progress.

C. Purchase History

If you make or restore a CubeWard Premium Pack purchase, we may process and store limited transaction information supplied or verified through Google, including:

• product identifier;
• order identifier and purchase token;
• purchase date and time;
• purchase state, such as purchased, cancelled, or pending; and
• entitlement, refund, or revocation status.

Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment-card number, bank-account information, or Google Account password.

D. Device Identifier

The Game generates an app-specific, non-advertising player identifier to maintain gameplay progress and identify the local game record. On Android, this identifier is derived from the device's Android ID (a resettable, app-scoped device identifier provided by the operating system) through a one-way transformation that cannot be reversed to recover the original Android ID. The derived value is stored locally on your device and used as the key for your game record. If the operating system's Android ID is unavailable, the Game falls back to a randomly generated value.

When Play Games Services is available and authorized, a Play Games Services player identifier may also be associated with that record to support synchronization and recovery across supported devices. This app-specific identifier is non-advertising in nature, is not used for advertising, and is not used for cross-app tracking.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only for App functionality, including to:

• create, maintain, synchronize, and restore game progress;
• recognize a returning player and link progress across supported devices when Play Games Services is authorized;
• authenticate a Play Games Services player and support synchronization and recovery of game progress across supported devices;
• verify, provide, and restore your CubeWard Premium Pack entitlement;
• prevent duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent entitlement claims;
• display advertising through third-party advertising providers, as described in Section 5;
• maintain service reliability and security; and
• respond to support requests and resolve purchase or save-game disputes.

We do not use the information described above for our own targeted advertising, data-broker activities, or tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. The Game does not build advertising profiles from your gameplay data and does not sell your personal information. Where the Game displays advertising, it is delivered by third-party advertising providers, as described in Section 5.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the Game and purchased features you request, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and preventing fraud in the Game. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will request it separately.

4. Google Services

The Game may use Google services, including:

• Google Play Games Services, for player authentication, leaderboard features, and synchronization or recovery of game progress across supported devices (including as described in Section 1.A); and
• Google Play Billing and Google Play In-App Purchase, for purchasing and restoring the CubeWard Premium Pack, a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertising and unlocks unlimited energy, unlimited hints, and all skins (including as described in Section 1.C).

The Play Games Services player identifier is provided by Google and is used only to authenticate the player, submit and display leaderboard scores, and synchronize or recover game progress across supported devices. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Google's processing of this information is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms. 5. How We Share Information and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for our own cross-context behavioral advertising.

As of the date shown above, the Game does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs or independent crash-reporting SDKs.

Advertising

The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising. If you choose not to purchase the CubeWard Premium Pack, the Game may display advertising, including rewarded video, interstitial, banner, native, and app open ads. Advertising is delivered by third-party advertising providers. Currently, the Game uses Google AdMob as its advertising provider.

To deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising, our advertising provider may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID), IP address, general device and app information, and interaction data relating to ads. This processing is carried out by the advertising provider under its own privacy policy and terms. You can review Google's privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google's advertising-related disclosures at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent before advertising identifiers are used for personalized advertising, and we provide you with a way to change or withdraw that choice. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier through your device settings.

If you purchase the CubeWard Premium Pack, advertising is disabled within the Game.

We may disclose limited information:

• to our company-operated infrastructure and to contracted data-center, cloud-hosting, security, and technical service providers acting as our data processors, solely as needed to host game-save data and operate the Game, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
• to Google when needed to use Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, in-app purchase, advertising, or related Google services;
• to our advertising provider as described above, and to other advertising partners where you have consented;
• when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request; or
• when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect our legal rights.

6. International Data Storage and Transfers

The Game is offered internationally. Information may be processed or stored on infrastructure located in mainland China, Japan, Singapore, the United States, and Germany, and may be accessed from jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. The privacy and data-protection laws of these jurisdictions may differ from those in your country or region.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards for international transfers. Depending on the transfer and the law that applies, these safeguards may include approved contractual transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable and implemented.

We may change or add processing locations as our infrastructure evolves. If a change materially affects your privacy rights, we will update this Privacy Policy or provide any notice required by law.

We do not promise that information will always remain in the country or region where you use the Game.

7. Data Retention

We retain identifiers and gameplay content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide cloud-save, synchronization, account recovery, and game-support functionality, or until you request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.

Because the CubeWard Premium Pack is a one-time purchase, we may retain the minimum transaction and entitlement records necessary to provide the purchased features, restore access, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations for as long as those purposes apply.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to reasonable backup cycles and any retention required for legal claims, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of your personal information.

You may delete your game account and associated cloud save directly within the Game through Settings > Delete Account. You may also contact us at privacy@kgcms.com for privacy-related requests. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify that a request relates to the appropriate player record, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Deleting your account will permanently remove the player identifier, game progress, stars, unlocked gameplay state, and other associated gameplay data stored by us, subject to limited records that we may retain where reasonably necessary for purchase restoration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance with applicable law.

Purchases are processed and maintained by Google. Deleting information held by us does not delete Google's transaction record or cancel rights and obligations administered by Google. If you later restore a valid purchase, the Game may create a new minimal entitlement record.

For advertising, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier through your device settings, and where required by applicable law we provide a way to consent to or decline personalized advertising. You may also purchase the CubeWard Premium Pack to disable advertising within the Game.

California Residents

If and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to our processing, California residents may have the right to request information about our collection and use of personal information, access or correct personal information, request deletion, and receive equal service when exercising applicable privacy rights. California residents may submit a verifiable request at privacy@kgcms.com.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Based on our current practices, there is no sale or sharing for which an opt-out is required.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess its potential impact and notify affected individuals and relevant authorities through appropriate means and within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Game may be enjoyed by players of different ages. We do not knowingly request or collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, payment-card information, or advertising identifiers from children through the Game. We do not use information collected from children for cross-app tracking or for building advertising profiles. Where advertising is displayed, we do not permit it to be personalized based on information collected from children, and we do not knowingly serve interest-based advertising to children.

Where child-data protections apply, we limit processing to information reasonably necessary to support the Game's internal operations and functionality. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided information contrary to this Privacy Policy may contact us at privacy@kgcms.com to request review or deletion.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Game, our data practices, infrastructure, or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
